Bruce McRoy is a founding partner of the firm. His practice focuses on representing public and private enterprises and individuals with respect to business, corporate, securities, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and tax matters. He has served as outside counsel and as special counsel on securities, acquisition and intellectual property transactions for domestic and foreign clients including publicly traded corporations, early stage manufacturing and development companies, academic and R&D organizations, and consolidated groups with international operations.
